What comes in a Stork Stack?
Subscribers receive a Stack each month of 5 products enjoyed by our team of moms. You can expect each Stack to contain 3-4 products for your baby and 1-2 for you. 5 products in total, and we always have a little treat for mom! When will I receive my Stack?
Monthly Stacks are shipped the 1st business week of every month. Monthly purchases must be made before midnight on the last day of the previous month. For example: if you purchase in May, first Stack in June; purchase in June, first Stack in July. You will receive a notification in your email when we ship so you can track your Stacks and be ready for delivery. Shower Stacks defy our laws of nature, as our Storks fly out within 48 hours of when they are ordered.Back to the Top

We like to think of Stork Stack as serendipity on your doorstep. Every Stack is a surprise, designed to make you smile. When do I tell you the age and gender of my baby?

What if I want to gift a membership, and I don't have all the information because my friend's baby isn't born yet?
Great question! Upon checkout in the Additional Information section, you can opt to receive a printable gift code, which can then be redeemed at a later date. All information pertaining to shipping and the baby can be given at the time of redemption.
Note: If you ordered a Specialty Shower Stack + Monthly Membership, the gift code will automatically be placed on a special card inside of the Shower Stack to be redeemed after the baby is born.Back to the Top

When is my credit card charged?
For monthly subscriptions, you will be charged for the 1st month at the time of purchase, and every subsequent month will be billed on the anniversary of that purchase or on the 15th of the month, whichever comes first. All Gift Memberships and Shower purchases are charged the full amount at the time of purchase.Back to the Top
If I purchase a 3-, 6-, or 12-month membership, how can I continue receiving Stacks after it ends?
Luckily, you will convert to a monthly membership after your 3-, 6-, or 12-month membership ends, so you will not see any interruption in service. The conversion and 1st monthly billing begins on the 15th of the month following the completion of your original longer membership. If you would like to renew a longer membership at expiration, please contact [email protected] before the end of the membership.Back to the Top
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Your credit card is charged on the anniversary of your purchase date or on the 15th of the month, whichever comes first, and so cancellations received after noon Central time on that date will be processed the following month.Back to the Top

How do I get Stork Bills to be used to discount future Stacks?
Stork Bills are added to your account every time one of your friends uses your referral code to purchase a membership. You can find your unique referral code as well as your Stork Bills balance in your profile. Ten Stork Bills will be applied after a new member makes a first time purchase with your referral code.Back to the Top
How do I redeem my Stork Bills?
Stork Bills are automatically credited in increments of 10 to your next bill to be applied to an upcoming Stack. There is a limit of 10 Stork Bills that can be applied to a given month, and Stork Bills will continue to be applied monthly until your balance is zero. Stork Bills cannot be redeemed for gift or Shower Stacks, cannot be transferred from one member to another, and cannot be converted to legal tender.Back to the Top
